About these terms

These terms govern your use of showupseo.com and any engagement for the ShowUpSEO Search Visibility Audit. By visiting the site or purchasing an audit, you agree to these terms.

ShowUpSEO is operated by Levi Cornwell as a sole proprietorship based in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex, Texas.

The service

The Search Visibility Audit is a one-time diagnostic engagement consisting of three reports: AI Search Visibility, Backlink Gap Snapshot, and Google Business Profile Scorecard. Findings are ranked by lift and written so a third party (in-house staff, agency, or freelancer) can act on them. The audit is delivered as a PDF document plus a 30-minute walkthrough call.

The audit is diagnosis, not implementation. ShowUpSEO does not perform the fixes identified in the audit unless agreed to separately.

Pricing and payment

The audit fee is $999 USD, payable in full before delivery. Payment is processed by Stripe. We do not store your card information.

The fee is flat. There is no retainer, no recurring charge, and no automatic upsell.

Delivery timeline

Audits are delivered within five business days of payment. The clock starts when payment clears and the post-payment onboarding form is submitted. Delays in submitting onboarding information may extend delivery.

The walkthrough call is scheduled at delivery and held within the following business week unless otherwise agreed.

Refund policy

If the audit does not surface at least one fix worth more than the audit fee, the fee is refunded in full. The standard for "worth more than the audit fee" is your reasonable judgment. We do not adjudicate.

Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of audit delivery to levi@showupseo.com. Refunds are processed within 5 business days of acceptance.

What is not included

Implementation services. Ongoing monthly retainers. Link building. Content writing. Google Business Profile management. Paid media management. Custom development.

If you would like services beyond the audit, we are happy to refer you to implementation partners we trust. We do not currently take a referral fee.

Client responsibilities

To run an effective audit, we require accurate information including current GBP categories, services, top keywords, named competitors, and your domain. We are not responsible for audit findings that miss the mark due to inaccurate or incomplete onboarding information. We will ask clarifying questions during the audit process when warranted.

You agree not to share the audit deliverable in full with parties outside your business. Internal sharing with employees, agencies, and contractors working on your behalf is fine.

Confidentiality

We treat your business information as confidential. Audit data is not shared with third parties except as needed to deliver the service (for example, Serper or DataForSEO API queries that include the business name and location). We do not publish, resell, or aggregate client data.

If we wish to use anonymized findings for case studies or marketing, we will request your permission in writing.

Limitation of liability

The audit is informational. Implementation outcomes depend on factors outside our control: your team's execution, market changes, search engine algorithm updates, competitor actions, and more. ShowUpSEO does not guarantee specific ranking improvements, traffic increases, or revenue outcomes.

Total liability for any claim arising from this engagement is limited to the audit fee paid.

Intellectual property

The audit deliverable is licensed for your business's use. The methodology, scripts, and templates that produced it are ShowUpSEO's intellectual property. Findings about your specific business are yours; the structure and process are not.

Termination

Either party may terminate the engagement before audit delivery. If terminated by ShowUpSEO before delivery, the fee is refunded in full. If terminated by the client before delivery, fees paid for work already completed are not refunded; work yet to be performed is not charged.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of these terms will be resolved by binding arbitration in Dallas County, Texas, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in court for intellectual property matters.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The "Last updated" date reflects the most recent change. Material changes will be communicated by email if you are an active client. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
