How the engagement is priced

ShowUpSEO builds and runs an autonomous customer-acquisition system for your business. The engagement has two parts:

• One-time install: $5,000. This covers the work to build and stand up your system: setup, configuration, and launch.
• Monthly service: $1,000 per month. This covers running, monitoring, and optimizing the system after it is live.

What the install fee covers

The one-time install fee pays for the build: the time, tooling, and configuration required to design your system and put it into production. Because this work is performed up front and specific to your business, the install fee is non-refundable once the build has begun.

What the monthly service covers

The monthly fee pays for ongoing operation: keeping the system running, watching its performance, and optimizing it over time. It is a service charge for the work performed during each billing month, not a deposit toward a future outcome.

Cancelling the monthly service

The monthly service is month-to-month. You may cancel at any time by emailing levi@showupseo.com. We ask for 30 days' written notice so we can wind the work down cleanly.

Cancellation stops future monthly charges. The month already in progress when you cancel is not prorated or refunded, because the work for that month is performed. There is no long-term contract and no early-termination penalty.

Results are not guaranteed

We do not guarantee specific rankings, lead volume, traffic, revenue, or any other outcome. Search engines, AI assistants, market conditions, and competitor activity are outside our control. What we commit to is building the system and running it with care. We do not promise a particular result, and the fees are for the work performed, not contingent on results.

Billing errors

If you believe you were billed in error (a duplicate charge, a charge after a confirmed cancellation, or an incorrect amount), email levi@showupseo.com within 30 days of the charge. We will review and, where a billing error is confirmed, correct it and refund any amount charged in error via the original payment method.
