What this covers

This policy describes what information ShowUpSEO ("we", "us", or "our") collects when you visit showupseo.com or engage us for a search visibility audit, how we use it, and what choices you have. ShowUpSEO is operated by Levi Cornwell, headquartered in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex, Texas, United States.

Information we collect

From visitors

We do not run analytics scripts, advertising trackers, or third-party cookies on this site. Server logs may capture standard request data (IP address, user agent, timestamp) for operational and security purposes; we do not use this data for marketing.

From the contact form

When you submit the fit-call form at /book/, we collect the name, email address, business name, vertical, city, and any free-text context you provide. Submissions are processed by Netlify Forms and forwarded to our email inbox.

From the onboarding form

If you become a client, the post-payment onboarding form collects business profile information needed to run the audit: Google Business Profile URL, current GBP categories, current service listings, target keywords, top competitors, and your domain.

From email correspondence

Emails you send to levi@showupseo.com, including replies to our outreach, are stored in our email provider for the purpose of conducting business with you.

How we use information

• To respond to inquiries and schedule fit calls
• To deliver the audit you have engaged us for
• To send the audit deliverable, walkthrough call invitation, and post-delivery follow-up
• To improve our services based on aggregated, non-identifying patterns
• To comply with legal obligations

We do not sell your information. We do not share your information with third parties for their marketing purposes.

Service providers

We use the following providers to operate the business. Each handles your information under their own terms:

• Netlify — site hosting and form processing
• Stripe — payment processing for audits (we do not see or store your full card number)
• Google Workspace — email (levi@showupseo.com)
• Instantly — outreach email automation (used only for cold outreach lists, never for clients post-payment)
• Calendly or equivalent — scheduling, when applicable

Data retention

Form submissions and email correspondence are retained for as long as needed to deliver our services and meet legal obligations. Audit data delivered to clients is retained for at least 12 months in case of follow-up questions or refund requests, then archived. You can request deletion at any time.

Your rights

You can request to access, correct, or delete the information we hold about you by emailing levi@showupseo.com. If you are in a jurisdiction with specific data-protection laws (CCPA, GDPR, similar), you have additional rights including the right to know what data we hold and the right to opt out of certain processing.

Cookies and tracking

This site does not set marketing or analytics cookies. The only stored data is what is required for site functionality (for example, the lazy-loaded Pagefind search index). We do not use Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, or similar third-party tracking.

Security

We use HTTPS everywhere, secure headers (HSTS, CSP, X-Frame-Options), and minimum-necessary data collection. No system is 100% secure; we make reasonable efforts to protect data and notify affected parties promptly if a breach occurs.

Children

This site is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent change. Material changes will be communicated by email if you are an active client.
